ATEM Mini Extreme ISO est un mélangeur qui s'installe en un clin d'œil et qui est facile à utiliser. Il offre 8 entrées HDMI avec conversion standard, 2 ports USB et 2 sorties HDMI, un mixeur audio Fairlight avec égaliseur et dynamique, 6 DVE par image dans une image, des transitions avec effets, 4 touches de couleur, une archive de 20 images par titre, 2 lecteurs multimédias, un multiview jusqu'à 16 images, une prévisualisation et une programmation (y compris indicateurs d'enregistrement, de streaming et audio) et le logiciel de contrôle ATEM. 

L'ATEM Mini Extreme ISO permet d'enregistrer en H.264 directement sur des clés USB et de diffuser en continu via Ethernet sur des plateformes telles que YouTube Live. Il enregistre neuf flux vidéo H.264 en temps réel, c'est-à-dire le flux propre des huit entrées et le programme.

Il enregistre également les productions en tant que projets DaVinci Resolve, ce qui permet de les revoir et de les éditer ultérieurement.
