How do I know the delivery time to my country?

Delivery time varies depending on where you are located and from which one of our warehouses the shipment is made. Generally, you can consider 2-3 days to Germany and France, 3-4 days to Portugal and Spain, 4-5 days to Denmark and 4-7 days to UK and Ireland.

How do I calculate the shipping cost?

Just add the products in your cart and if the total is below 199€ you will see the shipping cost directly during the checkout process. We offer free shipping on orders above 199€!

I want to add another product to my order. Is that possible

Of course! If you would like to add more products to an existing order, we invite you to place a new order and proceed with the payment. Upon shipment we will reimburse you the shipping cost for this second order. Remember to state in the notes that the new order needs to be shipped with the first one, indicating the original order reference.

The product I’m interested in is not available. Can I get notified when it will be back in stock?

Yes! If you’re interested in a product that is currently unavailable, insert your email address in the “Notify Me” box and you’ll be advised as soon as the product is available again.

An item arrived broken. What do I do?

Please read our Returns Management and Warranty policy and get in touch with us immediately. Once we have verified the issue you have encountered, we will arrange with a courier for pickup of the defective Item and send you a new item afterwards. Further details can be found in our Returns Management and Warranty policy.

Can I pay with bank transfer?

No, we only offer secure payments via credit card and PayPal. Paying with PayPal for example is completely safe and the PayPal Buyer Protection offers you protection should a problem arise with your purchase.

I have a VAT number and want to pay without tax

Great! Just add your VAT number, company name and address in the comment box during checkout and we will reimburse you the VAT of the order on the same account the payment was made with (card/PayPal) and send you an invoice exempt from VAT as soon as we’ve shipped your goods.

I want to place a large quantity order. Do you offer any special discounts above a certain quantity

In Ribalto we put a lot of effort to ensure you find the best possible price on the market. We know it’s competitive out there and we do our utmost to provide you with the very best conditions at all times. With this in mind, the prices you see online are the final prices.

Why don’t you ship to private consumers in the UK?

We cannot ship orders below £ 135.00 (VAT and shipment costs excluded) to private consumers due to the new customs regulations in the UK following Brexit.

Why are shipments sometimes delayed when shipped to Ireland?

We sometimes face shipment delays to Ireland and couriers are stating that the delays in deliveries are caused by high volumes of shipment, restrictions due to Covid-19 and an increase in border controls for goods transiting the UK.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes, we ship to the US but we quote shipping cost separately. Send us an email with the product codes and quantities you are interested in and we will send you a quote for the transportation. Please note however that if the order amount is of low value, it might be inconvenient shipping to the US as the shipping cost would be higher than the order.

Just like the manufacturer, Ribalto invites all users to carefully read the instruction manual of the product as it includes the most important information you need to know. The Ribalto team is always at your disposal for further questions or for tips and tricks for the application of specific products.
