By clicking ‘Buy’, the customer makes a legally binding commitment to purchase the goods in the shopping basket. An order confirmation email will be sent. This email confirms receipt, not acceptance, of the order.

4.3 Order Acceptance

A contract is only concluded once the Owner confirms product dispatch. The Owner reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at its discretion (e.g., due to unavailability, pricing errors).

In such a case, the customer shall be notified immediately. Any considerations which have already been provided shall be reimbursed without delay. Further claims against the Owner are excluded.

Offers and discounts are always granted at the Owner’s sole discretion.

Repeated or recurring offers or discounts create no claim/title or right that Users may enforce in the future.

Depending on the case, discounts or offers shall be valid for a limited time only or while stocks last. If an offer or discount is limited by time, the time indications refer to the time zone of the Owner, as indicated in the Owner’s location details in this document, unless otherwise specified.

  • - Digital wallets (such as PayPal)

Payments are processed securely via certified third-party providers. The Owner does not store payment information.

If Users authorise the PayPal feature which allows future purchases, this Website will store an identification code linked to the Users’ PayPal account. This will authorise this Website to automatically process payments for future purchases or recurring instalments of past purchases.

This authorisation can be revoked at any time, either by contacting the Owner or by changing the user settings offered by PayPal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be paid in full without delay. Orders paid in advance will be shipped upon receipt of payment. For payments by credit card, the actual sum shall be debited when the invoice is issued and the goods are shipped. The total amount shall be reserved on the customer’s credit card as soon as the online order is submitted. Foreign currency payments shall be credited according to our bank statement. The bank fees must be borne by the customer.

Until payment of the total purchase price is received by the Owner, any Products ordered shall not become the User’s property.
