HDR-2 is a standalone 4K @ 50/60p digital video recorder on SD cards with H.265 / H.264 encoding capability, which allows users to set different video formats and bitrates according to various application scenarios. It allows recording and playback of 4K video without a computer, making it convenient for use as a location recorder. The PWR BANK IN port allows you to power the device via an external USB power bank, guaranteeing mobility and freedom to record practically anywhere without compromises.

This video recorder features one HDMI 2.0 input, 2 HDMI 2.0 outputs and loop-through; thus ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices for smooth video transfer and monitoring.

On the front panel there is a 2" LCD display that offers real-time visual feedback and important information at your fingertips. H.265 HEVC and H.264 MPEG-4/AVC encodings allow you to capture stunning images while optimizing space storage for long recording sessions; in H.265 records in 4K @ 50/60 fps, in H.264 records in 720p, 1080p and 4K @ 25/30 fps.

Remote control options (DVIP, RS-422/RS-232 and GPI) increase versatility and ensure precision and ease of use during the most demanding productions, while flexibility with audio sources creates an immersive audio experience by selecting the preferred audio source, whether it's built-in HDMI audio, XLR microphones, external audio from RCA connectors, or a combination of all sound sources, giving you complete control over the aural dimension of your content.
