It directly replaces the original cable, adding modern connectivity and control functions without requiring any setup. In other words, while Audiophony headphones are designed as professional studio headphones, with a standard analog cable, connecting MIC-REMOTE makes them compatible with modern mobile devices: smartphones, tablets, laptops, portable consoles with USB-C, and all devices without a mini-jack input.

The built-in DAC ensures lossless digital audio transmission, ensuring faithful sound reproduction from these types of devices. The in-line remote includes a unidirectional microphone (30 Hz – 20 kHz, sensitivity –36 dB ±3 dB), as well as volume controls and a multifunction button for managing calls and playback.
