Product Details
The celexon UHD Fiber Optic HDMI cable complies with the HDMI 2.1 specification and transmits signals at up to 48 Gbps with resolutions of up to 8K (7680 x 4320p @ 60 Hz with up to 12-bit color depth) and 4K (4096 x 2160p @ 120 Hz with up to 12-bit color depth). With 4 glass fibers and 8 copper wires, it enables optimal signal transmission even over long distances.
The electrical signal in the "source" connector is converted into an optical signal, which is transmitted via the glass fibers to the "display" connector and converted back into an electrical signal. Therefore, pay attention to the direction of the cable during installation.
The celexon cable has a diameter of just 5.5 mm and offers a high level of flexibility during wiring thanks to a maximum bending radius of 30 mm and 10 circuits along the entire cable. The slim connector allows the cable to be connected even in hard-to-reach places and does not hide any interfaces near the connector.
Thanks to the new HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, such as Dolby Vision and HDR10+, it is possible to reproduce a wider color and dynamic range and the image optimization is adapted to each individual image; in such a way as to make the reproduction of rapid color changes between high contrasts (for example the image change from white to black) more natural.
The improved audio return channel (eARC) is the new generation of ARC and is included in the HDMI 2.1 specification. With this new ARC generation, up to 32 audio channels can be transmitted with uncompressed 24-bit / 192 kHz data streams at a maximum speed of 38 Mbps. Thanks to the increased range and speed, the transmission of numerous audio formats, such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X without compression, is possible.
Another technical specification of the cable is the Automatic Low Latency Mode (ALLM), especially useful in gaming. This mode reduces delays by eliminating advanced video processing and ensures fast response times. To take advantage of this cable function, in addition to having an ALLM-compatible monitor, the devices that act as a source must be able to transmit a high-quality video signal that can be reproduced immediately on the display.
The HDMI 2.1 specification is also characterized by the variable refresh rate VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), i.e. the synchronization of the image refresh rate of the device that acts as a source and the device for content playback. The image refresh rate can vary from 30 to 144 Hz and adapts optimally to ensure sharp images and avoid, for example in gaming, screen tearing.
The additional Ethernet channel allows you to connect Internet-compatible AV components to your home network using a single HDMI cable. All you need to do is connect your TV to the network via cable. In addition to the video signal, the AV receiver or Blu-ray player will also receive the network via the HDMI cable. This saves the need for a network switch and additional cables.
All celexon HDMI UHD glass fiber cables are individually tested for functionality using measuring devices. Special attention is paid to the EBR (Error Bit Rate) value and only those with the highest data transmission are released for sale.
