The new HomeCinema Plus version of the celexon high-contrast floor screen for ultra-short throw projectors, compared to the previous version, allows for better integration of the screen within a low TV cabinet or attachment to one. When combined with a modern ultra-short throw projector, the screen transforms into a true laser TV and represents a valid alternative to traditional televisions.

The projection surface, when not in use, is almost invisible, as the screen does not need to be mounted on the wall or ceiling but disappears into or behind a low TV cabinet.

Smart ideas for the bigger picture

The new celexon floor screen for UST projectors offers smart features that, both visually and technically, add value to the product compared to solutions offered by other manufacturers.

An innovative feature of this version is the new folding mechanism. The cassette, operated by a separate motor, protects the projection screen when not in use and allows the screen to blend discreetly into the room.

The new celexon floor-standing screen, for easy integration into a low TV cabinet, features invisible integrated handles in the cassette that allow the screen to be easily and safely inserted from above and removed to install additional AV components or run new cables.

The HomeCinema Plus version also features an optimized pantograph mechanism. Robust aluminum alloy joints ensure a long-lasting pantograph mechanism.

celexon CLR Black Grid technology

The new version of the celexon floor-standing screen also includes a newly developed high-contrast CLR projection screen with a new structure that ensures brighter images (20%) and greater color contrast. The number of light-reflecting slats on the screen has been significantly increased, and the coating on the surface layers of the slats, which helps counteract ambient light, has been improved, for exceptional images with almost All lighting conditions.

Celexon CLR UST high-contrast projection screen

To achieve an "OLED effect," a high-contrast projection screen like the one in the celexon CLR HomeCinema Plus series is essential.

The celexon high-contrast black grid projection screen significantly increases black levels and absorbs and reflects ambient light or light from light sources, for contrast-rich images even in less than optimal lighting conditions.

The new UST high-contrast "micron-scale black grid" screen is suitable for all current projectors (Full HD & 4K) and those with higher resolutions up to 8K, and has a 170° viewing angle.

Thanks to its lateral tensioning system, the projection screen has excellent flatness, essential for ultra-short throw projectors.

Tips for installation

For ease of use, celexon experts recommend a trigger connection. The USB trigger cable is included and can be connected to a USB-compatible ultra-short throw projector so that the screen extends when the projector is turned on and retracts into the housing when it is turned off.

The included mounting brackets can be freely tilted (±1.5°) to optimally position the screen relative to the projector and avoid the need for keystone correction.

Assembly

The screen can be simply placed on the floor, on top of a low cabinet, or mounted on the back of a cabinet. To completely conceal the casing, it can be placed inside a cabinet. The integrated carrying handles make it easy to insert and remove the screen.
