CAP-4 is an HDMI capture device designed for live streaming, video production and content creation. Compared to Datavideo CAP-2A, it supports a higher frame rate of 4K (60 fps) and uses a high-speed USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 connection with a transfer rate of up to 10 Gbps. Thanks to the latter, it offers smooth connectivity on various operating systems with a Plug & Play configuration.
CAP-4 is compatible with streaming and video conferencing software such as OBS, Zoom, Google Meet and VLC, ensuring operational versatility for various applications. It has an HDMI loop-through output for real-time monitoring and supports a wide range of video input and output formats, including 4K, 1440p, 1080p, 720p with different refresh rates. It allows you to mix embedded HDMI audio with external audio sources via 3.5 mm mini-jack stereo input.
Powered directly via the USB port, it boasts a power consumption of less than 4.5 W. Its compact dimensions of 105 x 68 x 23 mm and weight of only 75 g make it easily transportable and ideal for mobile configurations.
