PTC-300NDI is a professional PTZ videocamera characterized by a 4K 50/59.94/60p resolution to fit to the most varied areas of use: videoconferencing, remote teaching, university lessons, meetings in boardrooms, places of worship, broadcasting, medical etc. It adopts the NDI network protocol, a flexible and versatile solution that supports high-quality, low-latency, frame-accurate video over standard Ethernet networks, and integrates it with OBS, Wirecast, vMix, xSplit, and NDI Studio Monitor software applications.
This PTZ can be easily controlled via the traditional RS-422 serial port by means of the RMC-180 4-channel camera controller of the same brand, IP remote control via DVIP (Datavideo proprietary protocol) or Sony VISCA over IP and finally by adopting PTZ View Assist. It is an App that can control up to 4 cameras simultaneously via DVIP; you can intuitively configure and recall presets and adjust white balance, focus and iris. The app, for iOS and Android, is capable of decoding the live stream via RTSP, SRT and NDI. Easily monitor live streaming video and set parameters promptly in one application.
PTC-300NDI enables dual streaming output for A/V market applications, so you can easily stream to Facebook (RTMPS) and YouTube simultaneously. It also works with dvCloud.
As for the opto/electronic compartment, it boasts a 1/1.8" CMOS sensor, larger than those of competing models, synonymous with excellent performance in low light conditions. Larger dimensions, for the same number of pixels, mean a better S/N ratio, and therefore less video noise with higher overall image quality. We therefore find a 20x optical zoom (16x digital) associated with a particularly bright lens (f/1.58 – f/3.95) in relation to its wide focal range. The presence of a powerful optical zoom allows you to get closer to the subject even when the camera is very far from it, which makes them particularly useful for large halls or auditoriums.
The 4K video output interfaces are HDMI 2.0, IP up to 2160p 50/60 fps and also 3G-SDI up to 1080p 60/50 fps and there is also support for simultaneous 2160p and 1080p video output (3G-SDI ). An audio in/line In (switchable on the web user interface) is as well present.
Finally, the PTC-300NDI supports PoE for easy installation. You only need to use a single CAT 6 cable to power the PTZ.
The tally lamp and white color complete the features.
