MADRIX - RADAR big data

MADRIX RADAR is a lighting management software that use the RDM communication protocol, developed for the maintenance and technical support of LED luminaire installations worldwide, for the most demanding entertainment applications, architectural and facade lighting, television studios and productions, live performance stages, concerts, festivals, exhibition stands, showrooms, hotels, cruise ships, service and rental companies.

DMX fixtures are equipped with Remote Device Management, a two-way communication to receive instructions and send feedback. By receiving device data, you gain access to a whole new level of information, insights and control options available.

Full support of all RDM parameters detailed in the ANSI E1.20 and ANSI E1.37-1 official protocol specifications on Art-Net (including the ArtRdm package). All fixed parameters (PID for Set and Get) and manufacturer specific parameters are included. Continuous monitoring of your devices 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. It does this fully automatically with no supervision required.

MADRIX RADAR monitors the status of devices, such as voltage, temperature, power cycle, life cycle and more.
Graphic overviews allow you to quickly see if a sensor's value is within specified limits or outside the valid range.
With the Event Report function, in addition to simply requesting and receiving information, the software will apply its own logic routines to create events for you.

By analyzing and validating incoming data, MADRIX RADAR provides actionable reports. If MADRIX RADAR detects any irregularities, it is possible to receive automatic status updates within the software, run a PowerShell script or let the system conveniently send e-mails: in short, you are always up to date!

MADRIX RADAR Big Data is an Yearly licence that unlocks the Big Data features for 1 year for MADRIX RADAR. It is possible to have a MADRIX RADAR fusion license and a MADRIX RADAR big data license on a single MADRIX KEY.
