MADRIX RADAR is a lighting device management software that uses the RDM (Remote Device Management) communication protocol, developed for maintenance and technical support for installations where LEDs are used.
It is suitable for the most demanding applications in entertainment, architectural and facade lighting, television studios and productions, live performances, concerts, festivals, exhibition stands, showrooms, hotels, cruise ships, service, rental companies. DMX-controlled fixtures are equipped with RDM, a two-way communication for receiving instructions and sending feedback. By receiving device data, you gain access to a whole new level of information, insights and control options available.

It's a new type of application that opens up completely new possibilities for you and your customers and transforms the way you work.
MADRIX RADAR includes fully automatic 24/7 device patching and monitoring, automatic email notifications and much more. It allows you to easily configure settings remotely and quickly view results in graphical overviews at a glance. Configuration and maintenance processes are much faster, simpler and more cost-effective. You can create a database of previous sensor data and observe the progression of device parameters, such as temperature and hours of operation, replace devices that may fail soon, before they do. In this way, you can make maintenance costs much more predictable by planning them in advance effectively.

Remote access allows you to easily configure your RDM devices remotely. This means that you can carry out any configuration from the comfort of your computer instead of directly accessing them on trusses, ceiling or facade, avoiding potentially dangerous situations. Simplified device addressing avoids the complicated procedure of setting them up manually, before they are mounted. Or you can freely change their settings, such as the DMX address, after any installation has been done. Fast workflows dramatically reduce the lengthy process of setting up a large number of devices. With the integrated search function, you can change the settings of a single device or select multiple items to quickly make multiple changes simultaneously.

To automatically link all fixtures in a single DMX universe or across the entire address range, simply use drag and drop to place them in the correct order: setting DMX addresses has never been so quick! The built-in Highlight mode is useful for identifying the devices themselves, as it flashes them fully on white for quick identification during installation. Furthermore, it is possible to check if they respond correctly to DMX commands or if the luminaires are correctly addressed in series.

Continuous monitoring takes place there 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, fully automatically without any supervision required. MADRIX RADAR monitors the status of devices: voltage, temperature, power cycle, life cycle and more. Graphic overviews allow you to quickly see if a sensor's value is within specified limits or outside the valid range. With the Event Report function, in addition to simply requesting and receiving information, the software will apply its own logic routines to create events for you, analyzing and validating the incoming data and detecting any irregularities. You can receive automatic status updates within the software, run a PowerShell script, or let the system send emails.
