Product Details

Novastar VX-400 is an all-in-one controller integrating a video processor, suitable for small to medium sized LED screen installations. It can handle up to 2.6 Mpixels in total, up to 10,240 pixels wide or up to 8192 pixels high, ideal for applications with even very wide and tall LED screens. 
The VX-400 offers a variety of video inputs (1 x 3G-SDI, 2 x HDMI 1.3, 1 x DVI, 1 x OPT1) and allows you to switch seamlessly between different input sources. In addition, it supports up to 2 x 2K x 1K layers and scaling function. Ultra-low latency is 1 frame. 
In addition to the integrated sending card with 4 Ethernet ports, it also offers the possibility of installing two SFP modules; these modules allow you to cover greater distances than the 100 m limit of Ethernet cables. OPT 1 copies output to 4 Ethernet ports, OPT 2 copies or backups output to 4 Ethernet ports. To control even larger LED screen installations, the Image Mosaic function is available which allows you to combine up to four VX-400 units.
 
Screen configuration can be done via USB and Ethernet connection. The 1U format fits perfectly in 19" racks, making the VX-400 even more suitable for rental companies and fixed installations.

  • Self-adaptive OPT 1 for either video input or sending card output. Thanks to the self-adaptive design, OPT 1 can be used as either an input or output connector, depending on its connected device

Low latency
