SimplTrack3 is the new third generation HuddleCamHD PTZ camera featuring auto-tracking and auto-framing: the perfect combination of advanced technology, intuitive operation and high-level security.

This PTZ makes the production of conferences or lessons easier than ever as it requires neither specific technical skills nor an operator, thanks to automatic and fluid tracking up to approximately 17 m away with perfect focus up to 20x zoom in 1080p @ 60 fps with rotation up to 270° and angle of view of 59.5°.

Automatic tracking and automatic framing

SimplTrack3's advanced auto-tracking and auto-framing features can easily switch between tracking a teacher and framing groups of people in the scene, making it an ideal solution for filming a lecture or classroom interactions. SimplTrack3's Smart Auto-Tracking technology intelligently locks onto your subject, ignoring other moving people and adapting to changes.

Of course, you can deactivate both automatic tracking and automatic framing if necessary, switching from automated PTZ controls to manual PTZ movements with a simple command. These commands can be sent from the software (included) or from one of our joystick controllers.

Zone management

The tracking zone includes the entire area where a subject could move within the frame. It is designed to ensure smooth monitoring of the speaker or teacher, covering a large area and offering flexibility in movement.

The blocking zone is strategically placed in areas that could cause unwanted tracking, such as near doors, whiteboards or TV screens. This zone is key to preventing the camera from automatically tracking irrelevant movement or passing individuals, ensuring focus remains on the main subject. SimplTrack3 contains 8 lockout zones.

Preset Zone is an innovative feature where an automatic preset is triggered when the camera enters a selected area. This could include switching to a separate camera, activating a stage light, or any other bespoke preset to enhance the presentation or lecture experience. SimplTrack3 contains 8 preset zones.

Customization

With SimplTrack3 you can automate camera controls and quickly adapt to any workflow. Dedicated tracking sensitivity options allow for full customization of zoom level, pan/tilt speeds, and automatic operations to suit the teacher's presentation style. You can enable manual mode, allowing you to use the SimplTrack3 with the included IR remote control, a PTZ camera joystick controller, or camera control app.

HuddleCamHD SimplTrack3 accommodates various user preferences in its auto-tracking functionality, allowing for direct and simple one-button setup. For users who want more control, SimplTrack3 also offers the possibility of more complex configurations, allowing for detailed adjustment and fine-tuning of the tracking process.

Double sensor

The dual sensor system offers flexibility and superior performance in diverse environments, from classrooms to auditoriums. Designed with two sensors, the camera can simultaneously monitor the entire room while tracking and highlighting a single subject, providing viewers with a complete view of the scene. The 20x optical zoom lens ensures clarity in every shot, even from afar. SimplTrack3 offers multiple video outputs: SDI, HDMI, USB, IP (including NDI), and an additional output from the wide-angle reference camera. Finally, let's not forget that it supports PoE.

Designed for scalability

SimplTrack3 comes with dedicated HuddleCamHD management software, enabling large-scale deployments to remotely configure and control a network of cameras on the same LAN. It offers a wide range of output options, including USB, IP, SDI and HDMI compatibility, allowing for seamless integration with your current system.

SimplTrack3 is designed for versatile recording options, offering the ability to record simultaneously with the main lens, wide-angle lens, or both. Its advanced dual-sensor system allows for the simultaneous capture of a wide-angle video feed and detailed close-up video from the main lens. This dual-sensor feature offers wide coverage and adaptability, making the camera ideal for various recording scenarios.
