Product Details
The Musiccube MA60 III is a portable, multifunctional active PA loudspeaker designed to deliver high-quality sound in a compact, lightweight package.
Weighing just 5.1 kg, it is the world's first musical instrument amplifier to utilize technology based on the principle of "psychoacoustics," whereby the timbre simulation is modeled through the DSP processor, restoring the authenticity of vocals and musical instruments. The MA60 III adopts new timbre modeling technology, especially for channel 1: vocal mode, broadcast mode, guitar mode and instrument input mode. Among these modes, one stands out, allowing the typical timbre of condenser microphones to be reproduced even when using a standard microphone thanks to the integrated timbre modeling technology. This innovation ensures exceptional performance, particularly for vocals and instruments.
Following customer demand for more compact amplifiers and, at the same time, the desire for rich, deep bass, passive diaphragm technology was applied to this design. The MA60 III's structure allows smaller speakers to produce rich bass, as the passive diaphragm resonates simultaneously with the main driver, dramatically improving audio performance.
With an output power of 120 W (60 + 60 W), this Class-D amplifier uses two high-efficiency full-range speakers with 5¼" NdFeB magnets. The two neodymium drivers can operate exclusively on battery power, making the unit completely autonomous even without external power.
The MA60 III features a universal composite interface with two combo inputs. Each channel has an instrument preamp and a microphone preamp, which can be freely selected according to your needs, and independent equalization adjustment. For the use of condenser microphones, there is also a 48V phantom power switch. The two independent channels support microphones (including condenser ones), guitars, and other musical instruments.
Thanks to DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology, which allows you to process and modify the sound in various ways to achieve the desired effect, it has been possible to integrate 6 peripheral effects (i.e., those that are added to the main audio signal, such as Reverb 1 & 2, Delay, Echo, Chorus, Flanger, etc.) applicable to both microphones and musical instruments.
Each channel has a gain display and an independent sound card output.
The Musiccube MA60 III's "Wireless Ear Return" function is designed for wireless in-ear monitoring during live performances. This feature allows artists to receive direct audio feedback through wireless earphones.
The battery is built-in, and the MA60III soft bag is included.
